Pregnacare Plus Omega 3 is specially developed for mums-to-be. It provides the original fully comprehensive multivitamin tablet, which delivers the essential nutrients for pregnancy, plus an additional Omega-3 to provide a rich source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which contributes to normal brain and eye development of the fetus.
Pregnacare plus includes folic acid, vitamin B12, and zinc to support neural tube development and cell division early in pregnancy.

How To Take Pregnacare Plus Omega 3
Take one tablet (Green blister) per day, plus one capsule (Pink blister ) per day with your main meal.
Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.
Important:
You should not take pregnacare plus together with folic acid because pregnacare contains the recommended folic acid intake.
