Seven Seas cod liver oil is a fish oil supplement derived from the livers of codfish. This contains vitamin D as well as the omega-3 essential fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil Benefits

Bones: Vitamin D is necessary for strong bones and muscles

Brain: DHA is required for the maintenance of normal brain function in adults. A daily intake of 250 mg is required.

Heart: EPA supports normal heart function. The beneficial effect for the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA.

Dosage

Adults and children above 12 years: one capsule a day with a cold drink. Don't exceed the recommended dosage.
