Seven seas cod liver oil syrup is all you need to keep you feel young at heart. It contains natural source omega 3 fish oil with cod liver oil, rich in Vitamin D that helps maintain good health. 

Seven seas cod liver oil is the classic way to support your body:

Adults and children over 3 years:

Two 5ml teaspoons of seven seas cod liver oil daily.

Do not the recommended dosage.
